Title: Fondant Fillings (Aus Herb Soc)

Yield: 1 Servings

1 Egg white
2tsIcing sugar
1/2tsVanilla essence
  Dates

Beat together the egg white and vanilla until well mixed but not too stiff.

Gradually work in sifted icing sugar, stirring all the time.

When the mixture will hold a peak firmly, pinch off small pieces of the fondant. Form them into little cylinders and press one into each cavity left by removal of the stones from the dates.
